Vietnam Adoptions

In June of 2005, Vietnam and our US government signed a Memorandum of Understanding that has re-opened adoptions from Vietnam to US families. Vietnam is now requiring that all US adoption agencies become licensed to work in their country. Hope’s Promise has submitted our application and we are currently waiting for our license to be approved. Please check back for updates as we get this exciting program under way!
